We can optionally replace weather stripping, transmitter batteries, springs, and other components as needed. Additional fees may apply. $97 price is for up to two standard residential garage doors and openers, $20 for each additional door/opener set. Garage door springs typically last 6-10 years, depending on the amount of use and maintenance performed. Regular lubrication and correct tension can increase the lifespan of your springs. We thoroughly inspect your spring(s) and report the condition on every tune-up. We can proactively replace springs during your service, or we typically offer same-day replacement via service calls.
